He is excited for the opportunity to help this fledging Department grow and expand.

A Personal Note from Lem....
After holding many roles in the realm of public safety, my new “love” is being a Telecommunicator. My faith tells me that I need to be a servant, and this is a way that I can hold true to my faith. By being a Telecommunicator, I can not only help and serve the needs not only of the public, but also my internal customers.
Although I am not one to go and literally go dig in the dirt, I like to think of myself to a figurative gardener. I compare teaching to planting a small seed, watering it, giving it a little sun, and watching it grow into a firm beautiful tree. It takes time to grow, but the long-term effect of the product will be firm, strong coworker, supervisor, manager, etc. I love planting the seed and watching it grow!!
