Our company was established to serve the public safety community, particularly 9-1-1 Telecommunicators. Our consultants formerly served, or are currently serving, in the public safety community. As experienced, award-winning professionals, we know and understand the challenges and standards in both Telecommunications and law enforcement.
Our Passion
Telecommunicators and first responders are our passion. Training Telecommunicators is our specialization. Communications is the heartbeat of a Department. Most often, they are the unsung heroes that are overworked, underpaid, and under-appreciated. Without Telecommunicators, a department would not be able productively function and serve the needs of the community. They ensure that the public is protected and first responders go home safely. We are dedicated to training successful Telecommunicators to perform magnificently.
