One of the prominent problems for agencies is how to coordinate their on-the-job training with state accreditation standards. There are often topics included in a state’s curriculum standards that are not included in an agency’s on-the-job training. We take those standards and/or topics and develop on-site or interactive, online training so the agency can meet accreditation standards. This training will not be just reading information and taking an exam, but will be an interactive experience so the employee is more likely retain the information. After completion, the employee will receive a certificate of completion and our company will retain the training record for a period of 5 years.
